This is an excellent opportunity for the correct candidate as there is massive headroom to grow within the company, To start with you will be working under direction for the initial setup to act as database administrator for CRM software but my client is looking for a candidate to migrate to the sales division and take on a supervisory role shortly after recruitment. This makes it a once in a career opertunity for the correct candidate. The Client is a large global company based in Essex and specificly thay are looking for a technical sales support consultant to join their dynamic permanent team. All candidates must have some exposure or at least an understanding of SQL and Oracle 8.7 to act as DBA for CRM software. Ideally the candidate may come from a technical background with some experience in sales as the ideal candidate should be IT literate first and sales oriented second. Due to this migration some travel will be expected (at least 2 Days per month), Although this will all be incurred under company mileage scheme. Some typical tasks will include: - Will be running reports and statistics - Mail merges - Sales Campaigns - Validating data in DB - Controlling user base - Acting as QA for procedures.
